Privacy Policy
This note explains what we keep when you use LibOTP, and why. It sits with our Terms.
What we keep
- Account: name, email, and a password hash. Never your plain password.
- Wallet: balance, deposit amount, and the UPI or USDT reference you submit.
- Orders: the temporary number, the app you chose, and the SMS text so you can read the OTP.
- Security: IP address and browser type, to stop abuse.
How long
- SMS text: up to 30 days, then removed unless a dispute or the law needs it longer.
- Account and payment records: while the account is open, and as long as tax or dispute rules require.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. SMS providers deliver the number. Your bank or the blockchain handles the payment. We may share records if the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your account data, except records we must keep. Email supportlibotp@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy”. LibOTP is not for anyone under 18. India’s DPDP Act applies.
