Terms of Service
LibOTP gives you a temporary virtual number to receive an SMS OTP. Creating an account or adding balance means you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Refund Policy.
The service
- Numbers are temporary and come from SMS providers. They expire.
- You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for your login.
- Stock, price, and SMS delivery can change. An app may reject a virtual number.
- We do not sell physical SIMs and we are not a bank.
Wallet
UPI and USDT deposits, once credited, are final. We do not send that money back to your bank, UPI, or crypto wallet. Balance is only for LibOTP services and cannot be withdrawn as cash. Details are in the Refund Policy.
Fair use and liability
- Use the service only for lawful verification. Fraud can lead to an immediate ban.
- The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted SMS or payments.
- Our liability for a claim is limited to what you paid us for that transaction in the previous 30 days, except where Indian law does not allow a limit.
