Refund Policy
This policy is part of the Terms. Recharging your wallet means you accept it.
Deposits stay in the wallet
Once a UPI, USDT, or other deposit is credited, it is not refunded to your bank, UPI, or crypto wallet. Balance can only be spent on LibOTP. It cannot be withdrawn or sent to another user.
A cancelled number
If you cancel a number before any SMS arrives, that purchase can return to your wallet. If an SMS already arrived, it is not returned. A late OTP or an app that rejects the number is not a reason to reverse the original deposit.
